The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you'll see after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of your business status.

What information does it show?

The dashboard displays key information organized in cards:

• Today's reservations: Number of confirmed and pending reservations, and total expected guests for the day
• Upcoming reservations: The most immediate reservations with time, guest name and party size
• Occupancy: Venue occupancy percentage for the current service
• Pending notifications: Alerts and notices that need your attention

Quick actions

From the Dashboard you can perform common actions without navigating through menus:

• New reservation: Quickly create a reservation
• View reservation book: Go directly to today's booking list
• View schedules: Check employee schedules for the week

Location selector

At the top you'll find the location selector. If you manage multiple venues, you can switch between them to see venue-specific information.

Company selector

If you belong to a group with multiple companies, you can also select the active company. This affects the data shown across the entire panel.

Customization

The Dashboard automatically adapts to your subscribed modules:

• If you only have the Reservations module, you'll see reservation metrics
• If you only have the Labor module, you'll see employee and schedule metrics
• If you have both modules, you'll see all information combined

Data refresh

Dashboard data is refreshed every time you access the screen. To see the latest information, simply reload the page or navigate back to the Dashboard from the sidebar.
