First Login to Zeus Manager
First Login
Welcome to Zeus Manager. This guide will help you complete your first login and set up your account.
Accessing the platform
- Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge)
- Go to the URL provided by your administrator. It will usually be something like
yourrestaurant.zeusmanager.com - You will see the login screen
Entering your credentials
- Email: Enter the email address your administrator registered for you
- Password: Enter the password provided by your administrator
- Click Sign in
First access
The first time you log in, we recommend:
- Change your password: Go to your profile and set a secure password only you know
- Review your details: Verify your name, email and phone number are correct
- Explore the menu: Browse the different sections in the sidebar
Location selection
If your organization has multiple locations, after logging in you'll need to select which location you want to work with. You can switch locations at any time from the selector at the top of the screen.
Can't log in?
If you can't sign in:
- Check your email: Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Check your password: Remember passwords are case-sensitive
- Contact your administrator: If the problem persists, ask them to verify your account or reset your password
Security tips
- Never share your password
- Always log out when using a shared computer
- Use a strong password with letters, numbers and special characters
