Navigating Zeus Manager

Zeus Manager is organized into modules accessible from the sidebar. This guide explains how to efficiently navigate the application.

Sidebar Menu

The left sidebar is your starting point to access all sections. It's organized into these main modules:

  • Dashboard: Main panel with overview
  • Reservations: Everything related to reservation management
  • Labor: Team management
  • Economy: Billing and POS analytics
  • Analytics: Statistics and reporting
  • Settings: Application settings, users, roles, companies and locations

Module navigation

Each module expands to show its subsections. Click any subsection to access it. The active section is visually highlighted so you always know where you are.

Top bar

In the top bar you'll find:

  • Company selector: Switch between companies (if managing multiple)
  • Location selector: Switch between locations
  • Notifications: Bell icon with pending notification count
  • Requests: Pending employee requests to manage
  • User profile: Access your profile and logout option

Permissions and visibility

The sidebar only shows sections you have permissions for. If you don't see a section you expect, contact your administrator to review your permissions.

Subscribed modules

Visible sections also depend on your organization's subscribed modules:

  • Reservations product: Shows the complete Reservations module
  • Labor product: Shows the complete Labor module
  • Both products: Shows all modules

Responsive

Zeus Manager is responsive and adapts to different screen sizes. On tablets and phones, the sidebar becomes a dropdown menu accessible from a hamburger button (☰) in the top-left corner.
