Notification Center

The notification center keeps you informed of everything happening in your business in real time.

Accessing notifications

Click the bell icon 🔔 in the top bar. If there are unread notifications, you'll see a numeric badge on the icon.

Notification types

Zeus Manager generates automatic notifications for the following events:

Reservations

Labor

System

Managing notifications

• Mark as read: Click a notification to mark it as read
• Access details: Click the notification to go directly to the related item
• Mark all as read: Use the button at the top of the list

Email notifications

In addition to platform notifications, you can set up email notifications for certain events. This is configured in Reservation Settings > Email & SMS.

Mobile app notifications

If your employees use the Zeus Manager mobile app, they'll also receive push notifications on their device for events that affect them (schedule changes, new tasks, request responses).
