The monthly payments view shows a complete summary of all employee payments for a given month. Access from Labor > Payments.

Information Shown

For each employee: salary amount and status, supplements total, overtime payments, advances, total for the month, and overall payment status.

Navigation & Filters

Navigate months with arrows. Filter by company, payment status, or department.

Global Summary

Top bar shows: total salaries, total supplements, total overtime, total advances, and total monthly cost.

Actions

  • Click an employee for payment details.
  • Process bulk payments.
  • Generate SEPA bank remittance.
  • Export to Excel.
