Clocking Anomaly Detection
Zeus Manager automatically detects irregular situations in employee clockings and shows them as alerts for review.
Anomaly Types
- Missed clock-in: Employee had a shift but didn't clock in.
- Unplanned work: Employee clocked in without a scheduled shift.
- Late arrival (>15min): Employee clocked in more than 15 minutes late.
- Open clocking: Employee clocked in but never clocked out.
- Out-of-location: GPS clocking outside the allowed radius.
Viewing Anomalies
Anomalies appear in the daily view (alert icons), monthly view (day indicators), and a dedicated anomalies panel with filters.
Resolving Anomalies
- Click the anomaly.
- Review the details.
- Choose an action: add manual clocking, convert to shift, mark as reviewed, or register absence.
- Anomaly is marked resolved.
Configuration
Customize: lateness threshold (default 15min), GPS radius, and email notifications.
