Clockings (Clock-in & Clock-out)

Clockings record each employee's arrival and departure. Zeus Manager offers multiple ways to clock in.

Clocking Methods

1. Mobile app: Employee taps clock-in/out, GPS and optional selfie recorded.
2. Tablet kiosk: PIN or QR code at the venue.
3. Manual from panel: Admin enters times manually for the employee.

Editing Clockings

Clockings can be edited anytime from the monthly detail view. All edits are logged for traceability.

Clocking Rules

• Cannot clock in with an open clocking.
• Cannot clock out without clocking in first.
• Out-of-range clockings generate anomalies.
• Late arrivals (>15min) are flagged automatically.
