Convert Clockings to Shifts

When an employee clocks in without a scheduled shift, Zeus Manager flags it as an "unplanned clocking". You can convert these into actual shifts.

When to Use

• Unplanned coverage for absent staff.
• Extra shifts not in the schedule.
• Forgotten shift assignments.

How to Convert

1. Go to Labor > Time Control > Daily View.
2. Find clockings marked as "No shift" (blue icon).
3. Click the clocking and select Convert to shift.
4. Review/adjust proposed hours.
5. Confirm.

What Happens

• A shift is created with the clocking hours.
• Hours are counted in monthly totals.
• The anomaly is resolved automatically.

Bulk conversion is available by selecting multiple employees.
