Manage Absences and Leaves

Register and track all employee absences including sick leave, personal leave, and unjustified absences.

Creating an absence

  1. Go to employee profile > Absences tab
  2. Click "Add absence"
  3. Select absence type, date range, and justification status
  4. Attach documentation if needed
  5. Save

Sick leave

Select "Sick leave" type. Leave end date empty for open-ended leave. Update when employee returns.

Deleting an absence

Remove incorrectly registered absences from the employee's absence list.

Absences automatically appear on the schedule board.
