Manage Absences and Leaves
Register and track all employee absences including sick leave, personal leave, and unjustified absences.
Creating an absence
- Go to employee profile > Absences tab
- Click "Add absence"
- Select absence type, date range, and justification status
- Attach documentation if needed
- Save
Sick leave
Select "Sick leave" type. Leave end date empty for open-ended leave. Update when employee returns.
Deleting an absence
Remove incorrectly registered absences from the employee's absence list.
Absences automatically appear on the schedule board.
