Create or Request Vacation

There are two ways to manage vacations: direct creation by admin and requests from employees via the mobile app.

Admin creation

  1. Go to employee profile > Vacations tab
  2. Click "Add vacation"
  3. Select action type: Taken, Paid, or Expired
  4. Set start/end dates (days auto-calculated)
  5. Add optional notes and save

Employee request (mobile app)

Employees can request vacation from the app. The admin receives a notification and can approve or reject it.

The system validates sufficient balance and prevents overlapping periods.
