Vacation Balance

The vacation balance tracks each employee's vacation days: generated per year based on their contract, days already taken, and remaining days.

How it works

• Days generated: Based on contract type and collective agreement (usually 30 calendar days or 22 working days per year)
• Days taken: Automatically counted when vacation entries are recorded
• Days remaining: Generated minus taken, paid, and expired days

View the balance from Labor > Staff > [Employee] > Vacations.
