Client List

Client List

The Reservations > Clients section is the central directory of all guests who have interacted with your restaurant — through manual reservations, the online booking widget, or imported records.

Information Displayed

The table shows the following columns for each client:

  • Name — first and last name.
  • Phone — primary contact number.
  • Email — email address, if provided.
  • Visits — total number of completed reservations.
  • Last visit — date of the most recent seated or finished reservation.
  • Notes — internal observations you have added.
  • Status — active or deactivated.

Searching Clients

Use the search bar at the top to find clients instantly by name, phone number, or email. Results update as you type.

Filters

  • Status — Active / Deactivated / All.
  • Tags — filter by custom tags (e.g., "VIP", "Allergic").
  • Date range — show only clients whose last visit falls within a specific period.

Available Actions

  • View full profile — click on a client to see their reservation history.
  • Edit client — update personal details, notes, or tags.
  • Deactivate client — mark as inactive without deleting history.
  • Export to CSV — download the list for external analysis.
  • Create new client — add a guest manually.

Tips

  • Review clients without recent visits for re-engagement campaigns.
  • Use tags to segment your database and deliver personalized service.
