Create or Edit a Client

Create or Edit a Client

Zeus Manager lets you manage each guest's profile with all the details needed to deliver excellent service. You can create clients manually or let the system create them automatically when they book through the widget.

Creating a New Client

  1. Go to Reservations > Clients.
  2. Click New Client in the top-right corner.
  3. Fill in the form fields.
  4. Click Save.

Editing an Existing Client

  1. Find the client in Reservations > Clients.
  2. Click their name to open the profile.
  3. Click Edit, make changes, and Save.

Auto-Created Clients

When a guest books through the online widget, the system automatically creates a client profile. You can enrich it later with additional details.

Deactivating a Client

Open the profile, click Deactivate, and confirm. The client's history is preserved, and you can reactivate them at any time.

Best Practices

  • Always record allergies for food safety.
  • Use notes to store preferences that improve service.
  • Search by phone before creating a client to avoid duplicates.
