Export Clients to CSV

Export Clients to CSV

Zeus Manager allows you to export your client database as a CSV file for use outside the platform — for analysis, marketing campaigns, or as a backup.

How to Export

  1. Go to Reservations > Clients.
  2. Optionally apply filters to export only a subset of clients.
  3. Click the Export CSV button at the top.
  4. Confirm the export.
  5. The system will generate the CSV and send it to your account email address.

Data Included

The CSV file includes: name, last name, primary phone, secondary phone, email, notes, allergies, total visits, no-shows, last visit date, status, tags, and creation date.

Common Uses

  • Marketing — import into email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo) for newsletters and promotions. Segment by tags for targeted campaigns.
  • Data analysis — open in Excel or Google Sheets for charts, pivot tables, and custom metrics.
  • Backup — perform periodic exports as part of your business continuity plan.

GDPR Considerations

  • Only admin or manager users can export data.
  • Ensure exports have a legitimate purpose.
  • Store CSV files securely and password-protect them.
  • Delete files after use — do not leave them in shared or unprotected folders.
  • Verify you have marketing consent before using exported data for campaigns.
  • If a client requests data deletion, ensure it applies to any exports you have made.
