Search Clients by Phone or Name
Zeus Manager provides several ways to search for clients depending on your context. All searches are instant and designed to streamline daily workflows.
Search from the Client List
In Reservations > Clients, the search bar at the top lets you find clients by:
- Name — type at least 2 characters.
- Phone number — partial or full match.
- Email — partial match.
Results filter in real time as you type.
Search from the Reservation Form (Autocomplete)
When creating a reservation, the client field features smart autocomplete:
- Open the New Reservation form.
- Start typing a name or phone in the Client field.
- Select the client from the dropdown.
- Client data (phone, email, allergies, notes, preferred table) auto-fills into the reservation.
This prevents duplicates and ensures allergies and preferences are considered from the start.
Phone Search for Incoming Calls
When you receive a call and need to identify the guest:
- Enter the phone number in the search field.
- The system matches against both primary and secondary phone numbers.
- You can instantly see the client's name, visit history, preferences, and allergies.
This enables personalized greetings and service from the very first moment of the call.
Tips
- Try searching without the country prefix if no results appear.
- Partial names work — just type the first few letters.
- If a phone search returns multiple results, check for duplicate records that should be merged.
