Special Events

Create event types that guests can select when booking from Reservations > Configuration > Events.

What Are Special Events?

Labels like birthday, anniversary, or business dinner that guests attach to their reservation. This helps your team prepare the service accordingly.

Examples

Birthday, Anniversary, Business dinner, Graduation, Valentine's Day, Bachelor/Bachelorette party, Communion, Other.

Creating an Event

1. Click Create new event.
2. Set the name, optional description, optional icon, and active status.

Tips

• Keep the list short (5-8 options).
• Set internal protocols for each event type.
• Use events as upselling opportunities.
