Prescriber Management

Track where your reservations come from by managing prescribers (referral sources) in Reservations > Configuration > Prescribers.

What Is a Prescriber?

Any source that generates reservations: nearby hotels, tourism offices, influencers, businesses, other restaurants, travel agencies, or staff members.

Creating a Prescriber

1. Click Create new prescriber.
2. Fill in: name, type (hotel, business, influencer, etc.), contact details, notes, and active status.

Assigning to Reservations

When creating or editing a reservation, select the prescriber that referred it.

Tracking & Statistics

• Reservations per prescriber.
• Total guests referred.
• Trends over time.
• With POS integration: average spend per referred guest and ROI analysis.

Tips

• Register nearby hotels and maintain concierge relationships.
• Review prescriber stats monthly.
• Train staff to always ask "How did you find us?"
