Refund a Reservation Payment
Refund payments for cancellations, errors, or commercial reasons directly from Zeus Manager.
Refund Types
- Full refund: returns 100% of the charged amount
- Partial refund: returns a portion (e.g., after group size change or late cancellation penalty)
Steps
- Open the reservation with the payment
- In the Payments section, click the transaction
- Click Refund payment
- Choose full or partial, enter amount if partial
- Enter refund reason (required)
- Confirm
Notes
- Refunds go to the original payment method
- Bank processing takes 5-10 business days
- Refunds are irreversible
- Gateway fees are typically not returned
