Block Reservations by Date or Time

Blocking reservations allows you to temporarily stop accepting new reservations for a specific period, time or room.

Creating a block

1. Go to the Reservation Book
2. Click Block reservations
3. Configure:

Full block

Partial block (by hours)

Room block

Block effect

• The booking widget won't show availability for blocked dates/times
• Google Reservations won't offer those times
• Manual reservations from the panel can still be created
• Existing reservations before the block are not auto-cancelled

Common uses

• Closing days, private events, full capacity, maintenance, seasonal closure
