Reservation Book Overview

Reservation Book Overview

The Reservation Book is the central screen of the reservations module. Here you manage all daily reservations: view, create, modify and control the status of each one.

Accessing the Reservation Book

From the sidebar, go to Reservations > Reservation Book or directly to /reservas/reservation-book.

Available views

The book offers several views to suit your workflow:

List view

Timeline view

Room map view

Filters and navigation

  • Date selector: Navigate between days with arrows or calendar
  • Shift filter: Filter by lunch or dinner shift
  • Room filter: If you have multiple rooms, filter by each one
  • Status filter: Show only confirmed, pending reservations, etc.
  • Search: Search by guest name or phone number

Quick actions

  • Create new reservation: "+" button or "New reservation"
  • Edit reservation: Click any reservation to open its details
  • Change status: Quickly change a reservation's status
  • Assign table: Drag a reservation to a table or select from details
  • View day notes: Check or add notes for that day
