Every reservation in Zeus Manager goes through different statuses that reflect its current situation.

Available statuses

Pending

Confirmed

Reconfirmed

Seated

Finished

Cancelled

No-show

Changing status

  1. From the list: Click the status indicator and select new status
  2. From details: Open the reservation and use action buttons
  3. From floor plan: Click the table and change status

Typical flow

Pending → Confirmed → Seated → Finished
