Table Combinations

Combine multiple tables to seat large groups that don't fit at a single table.

Creating a Combination

  1. Go to Reservations > Rooms & Tables, select a room
  2. Click Table Combinations > New combination
  3. Name it (optional), select the tables to combine (must be in the same room)
  4. Set combined capacity (auto-calculated but adjustable)
  5. Save

How Auto-Assignment Works

For large group reservations, the system first looks for a single table, then checks combinations. All tables in a combination must be free for that time slot.

  • A table can belong to multiple combinations
  • The system prevents overlapping bookings automatically
  • Combined tables appear joined on the floor plan
  • Deleting a combination doesn't affect the individual tables

Only create combinations that are physically feasible in your space.
