Manage Gift Vouchers
The gift voucher management panel lets you view all vouchers, check their status, and access details.
Voucher List
Each voucher shows: code, amount, status (active/redeemed/expired/refunded), creation date, expiration date, and recipient.
Filtering
- By status: active, redeemed, expired, or refunded
- By year: filter by creation year
- Search: find by voucher code, recipient, or sender name
Voucher Details
Click any voucher to see full info including usage history and available actions (refund, resend email).
You can export the list as CSV or Excel for accounting purposes.
