Refund a Gift Voucher

Refund a Gift Voucher

You may need to refund a voucher if the client requests it, there was an error, or for commercial reasons.

Steps

  1. Go to Reservations > Gift Codes
  2. Find and open the voucher
  3. Click Refund
  4. Enter the refund reason (required)
  5. Confirm the refund

Important Notes

  • Already redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded
  • Partially used vouchers refund only the remaining balance
  • Refunds are irreversible — you'd need to create a new voucher
  • All refunds are logged for audit purposes
  • Online payment refunds depend on your payment gateway configuration
