Manage Rooms
Rooms represent the physical spaces in your restaurant where tables are located.
Creating a Room
- Go to Reservations > Rooms & Tables > Create room
- Enter name (e.g., "Main Hall", "Terrace", "Private Room")
- Set display order and optionally max capacity
- Save
Managing Rooms
- Edit: change name, description, order, capacity
- Reorder: drag rooms or change order numbers; first room is shown by default
- Enable/Disable: temporarily hide a room (e.g., terrace in winter) without deleting
- Delete: only if no tables are assigned; permanent action
Each venue has independent room configuration if you manage multiple locations.
