Client Reservation History

Client Reservation History

Knowing each guest's history is key to delivering personalized service. Zeus Manager automatically records every reservation linked to each client and provides useful statistics.

Accessing the History

  1. Go to Reservations > Clients.
  2. Search for the client.
  3. Click their name to open the profile.
  4. The History section appears within the client profile.

History Details

The history shows a chronological list of all reservations including:

  • Date and time
  • Party size (PAX)
  • Assigned table
  • Reservation status (Confirmed, Seated, Finished, No-show, Cancelled)
  • Reservation notes
  • Origin (manual, widget, external platform)

Client Statistics

Key metrics displayed at the top of the profile:

  • Total visits — reservations with Seated or Finished status.
  • No-shows — times the client failed to appear.
  • Cancellation rate — percentage of cancelled reservations.
  • Last visit — most recent visit date.

Using History for Personalized Service

  • Recognize frequent clients — offer preferential treatment to loyal guests.
  • Manage no-shows — require pre-confirmation for clients with a history of no-shows.
  • Anticipate preferences — review past visit notes, allergies, and preferred table/waiter.
  • Trend analysis — spot patterns in visit frequency and re-engage lapsed regulars.
