Email and SMS Templates
Customize all automatic messages sent to guests about their reservations from Reservations > Configuration > Email & SMS.
Template Types
- Confirmation email: Sent when a reservation is confirmed, includes booking details and cancellation link.
- Cancellation email: Sent when a reservation is cancelled, includes refund information.
- Reminder SMS: Sent before the reservation (configurable timing, e.g., 24h before).
- Reconfirmation email: Asks guests to reconfirm attendance, useful for advance bookings and large groups.
Dynamic Variables
Use variables like {nombre}, {fecha}, {hora}, {comensales} to personalize messages automatically.
Customization
- Upload your logo and set brand colors for emails.
- Add custom text (parking instructions, dress code, etc.).
- SMS messages consume credits; keep them under 160 characters per segment.
Tips
- Always include a cancellation link to reduce no-shows.
- Set reminders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Brand your emails for a professional look.
