Payment Configuration

Manage reservation payments from Reservations > Configuration > Payments.

Stripe Integration

Zeus Manager uses Stripe as its payment gateway. Connect your Stripe account to accept credit and debit card payments.

Deposits

• Fixed per guest: e.g., 10€ per person.
• Fixed per reservation: flat amount regardless of party size.
• Minimum guest threshold: only charge deposits for larger parties.

Deposits are charged when the guest confirms through the booking widget.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation window: hours before the reservation when cancellation is free.
• Late cancellation charge: percentage or amount retained.
• No cancellation: deposit is non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

• Automatic charge: deposit is charged automatically.
• Manual charge: restaurant decides on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds (partial or full) are processed through Stripe from the reservation management panel.
