Reservation Schedules

Manage when your restaurant accepts reservations from Reservations > Configuration > Schedules.

Official Hours

Set your standard operating hours by day of the week. You can define different schedules for each day and split them into shifts (lunch/dinner).

Shifts & Time Slots

• Shifts: Divide the day into lunch and dinner periods, each with its own capacity.
• Time slots: Create specific slots within shifts to control booking flow and limit peak-hour reservations.

Temporary Schedules

Override official hours for specific date ranges without changing your permanent settings. Useful for holidays, seasonal changes, renovations, or special events.

Temporary schedules always take priority over official hours and revert automatically when the period ends.

Tips

• Plan temporary schedules ahead for key dates.
• Ensure time slots don't overlap between shifts.
• Use temporary schedules for vacation periods.
